Canyon Lake Car Show: classics by the lake
Open hoods, good food and a lakeside backdrop: the 20th annual Car Show returns to the Lodge on October 3.
By Lakeside Realty & Lending
The Lodge parking lot is a lot more interesting when the hoods are up. For Canyon Lake's 20th annual Car Show, it becomes a walk-through of classics, specialty cars and the stories behind them. Take a lap, go back for a closer look at a favorite, then grab a bite by the water.

Cars worth a closer look
The Canyon Lake Car Club and Canyon Lake POA are bringing hundreds of vehicles to the Lodge on October 3. Some bring back memories; others show off the work and personality that went into a build. The fun is in spotting the details—and finding the car you'd happily drive home.
Eat, wander, stay for awards
The Lodge is serving breakfast and lunch, and Smokey Ranch BBQ, Tiki Treats, Los Amigos Mexican Food and Frostysipz are on the food-vendor lineup. Browse vendor booths and catch a raffle between the cars. Awards begin at 2:15 PM.
Bring a jar, make a difference
The Car Club's ‘Put a Jar in Your Car’ drive collects peanut butter for Helping Hands. If you'd like to join in, bring a jar to the club booth.
