Meet the Canyon Lake Fire Department

Since 2022, Canyon Lake has had its own city Fire Department. Its work reaches past emergency calls into fire prevention, inspections and public education—services that matter on the quiet days, too.

Realistic editorial illustration informed by photographs of Canyon Lake Fire Station 1 at 28730 Vacation Drive and the City’s Engine 1; the three apparatus bays, red-tile roof, arched office wing and red-and-black engine are visible. This is an illustration, not a current photograph.
Illustration based on photographs of the actual Station 1 building and the City’s Engine 1. The station photographs predate exterior improvements, so finishes shown are illustrative.

The team responds to fires, medical emergencies and other incidents. Its work also shows up in the small, practical ways it helps neighbors prepare.

The City’s community-program page lists a battery collection box on the west side of Station 1 and a drug disposal box at its front office. It also links to Vial of Life information and a ride-along program. Check that page for accepted items and participation details before visiting.

To the people behind the engines and the everyday outreach: thank you for looking after this lakeside community.
